4. How is the refund done? The RCD Insurance document which you will receive after paying the Insurance fee of £100 has a refunds section reserved for customer. Once you have been issued the RCD Insurance document, fill in the required information on how you will like to have the £100 refunded. For refunds via bank transfer, please include your account details.

5. How is this RCD Insurance document obtained? If you are purchasing products from our shop for the first time, ask for the bank information set aside for RCD Insurance fee and make your payment of £100. Send us proof of payment of £100 so that we confirm and process your RCD Insurance document.
If you are a returning customer, you do not need to pay the £100 Insurance fee again. The RCD Insurance document issued to you during your first order covers all your future purchases from Reliable Cannabis Dispensary UK Shop.
